So I found this new editing tool in the App Store a few days ago, and decided to give it a try. I must say, it’s really fun! Lots of gradients, textures, and options. Definitely reminds me of a mobile platform for PS, and what’s even better is the “formulas” feature, where I can save a process to use on another photo in the future. This photo was made with 4 different layers of gradients and textures with all different blending settings. I was able to save that process and label it. Next time I want to use these layers again on a photo, I just push the thumbnail for it. Pretty darn cool.
I sure wish I had my 7D for this trip, but at least this little Sony Cybershot from 2000/2001 captured my trip throughout Europe to which I can look back with fondness.
I cannot wait to return and retrace my steps with a whole bag full of gear! It’ll be a great project to make with photo comparisons; not just of gear quality, but how my eye has evolved over the last eight years.

Going through some more photos from last week; I love snowy landscapes.
Reading Terminal Market is one of my favourite spots in Philly. Always busy and loads of things to try. If you’re ever visiting, it’s a must stop.
I haven’t had much time to keep up with any sort of social media other than Instagram due to my schedule, but I’ll try to get to uploading some new work soon. Here’s a photo from Valentine’s Day of frozen Chicago and Lake Michigan. Chicago is just visible through the foggy atmosphere. You can see this via my Flickr for a larger image as well.
